Hi Kay, Just reading over your earlier posts. I remember your shoulder surgery a while back but I didnt realize the extent of your pain struggles. It sounds like the years of running really can take their toll, but hopefully you'll be able to return to biking as soon as you can. Again, best wished for Monday!
